Closure of the Citizen Collection Pilot Project

This pilot project serves as a test city before a possible larger-scale deployment. This experimental phase will evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the project in a controlled urban context. The results obtained in this medium-sized Quebec municipality will determine the next steps of the initiative.

We would like to inform you that the Citizen Collection Pilot Project is now closed.

We are currently in the analysis phase to assess the possibility of renewing this project in the long term.

Our pick-up schedules are as follows:
Tuesday and Thursday from 5 PM to 8 PM
Saturday all day

We operate without fixed appointments. You will receive a call 30 minutes before our arrival. If you are unavailable, your request will be postponed to our next collection round, and this process will repeat until we can complete the collection.

      We want to thank you for thinking about but unfortunately, we can’t make domestics pickups.

      We are considering a solution to that problem. Talk about us to your co-workers from the IT department. Suggest a combined collection of the old electronics at the office and also the ones that every employee has at home. You would just have to take everything with you the day of the pickup and we could even pick it up from your car trunk.
